यॊगिनाम एष मार्गस तु येन गच्छन्ति तत्परम जितक्लमासना धीरा मूर्धन्य आत्मानम आदधुः एवं सर्वेषु विततौ पराणापानौ हि देहिषु ॥ ३-२०३-२८ ॥
'This is the way by which patient yogis, who have overcome all difficulties and view things with an impartial and equal eye, with their souls seated in the brain, find the Supreme Spirit. The Prāṇa and Apāna airs are thus present in the body of all creatures.' ॥ 3-203-28 ॥
