संयताश चापि दक्षाश च मतिमन्तश च मानवाः दृश्यन्ते निष्फलाः सन्तः परहीणाः सर्वकर्मभिः ॥ ३-२००-९ ॥

'It is observed that capable, intelligent, and diligent individuals are often thwarted in their efforts and do not attain the fruits of their actions.' ॥ 3-200-9 ॥
