परज्ञा परासादम आरुह्य मुह्यतॊ महतॊ जनान परेक्षन्तॊ लॊकवृत्तानि विविधानि दविजॊत्तम अतिपुण्यानि पापानि तानि दविज वरॊत्तम ॥ ३-१९८-९३ ॥

'Climbing to the heights of supreme wisdom, the best of the twice-born (Brahmanas), gazing upon the diverse ways of the world, observe the great miseries of mankind. They see both the highest virtues and the gravest sins.' ॥ 3-198-93 ॥

english translation

parajJA parAsAdama Aruhya muhyatò mahatò janAna parekSantò lòkavRttAni vividhAni davijòttama atipuNyAni pApAni tAni davija varòttama ॥ 3-198-93 ॥
