[मार्क] शरुत्वा वचॊ स मुनी राजपुत्र्यास; तथास्त्व इति पराह कुरुप्रवीर ततः स राजा मुदितॊ बभूव; वाम्यौ चास्मै संप्रददौ परणम्य ॥ ३-१९०-८२ ॥
'Markandeya continued, "Hearing these words of the queen, that Muni, O foremost of the Kuru race, said, 'So be it.' And thereupon, king Dala, filled with joy, bowed down in reverence to the Muni and gave him his Vami steeds."' ॥ 3-190-82 ॥
