सर्वलॊकस्य विदिता युगसंख्या च पाण्डव एतत ते सर्वम आख्यातम अतीतानागतं मया वायुप्रॊक्तम अनुस्मृत्य पुराणम ऋषिसंस्तुतम ॥ ३-१८९-१४ ॥

sanskrit

'These, O Yudhishthira, are the courses of the Krita, Treta, Dwapara, and the succeeding age. I have now narrated all of this to you. I have also explained to you, O son of Pandu, the periods that correspond to each of the Yugas, as they are generally known. I have now told you everything regarding both the past and the future, as recounted by Vayu in the Purana that bears his name and is venerated by the Rishis.' ॥ 3-189-14 ॥

sarvalòkasya viditA yugasaMkhyA ca pANDava etata te sarvama AkhyAtama atItAnAgataM mayA vAyupròktama anusmRtya purANama RSisaMstutama ॥ 3-189-14 ॥
