यदा रौद्रा धर्महीना मांसादाः पानपास तथा भविष्यन्ति नरा नित्यं तदा संक्षेप्स्यते युगम ॥ ३-१८८-६७ ॥
'And when men become fierce, devoid of virtue, carnivorous, and addicted to intoxicating drinks, then the Yuga comes to an end.' ॥ 3-188-67 ॥
