दस्यु परपीडिता राजन काका इव दविजॊत्तमाः कुराजभिश च सततं करभार परपीडिताः ।। ३-१८८-६१ ।।

sanskrit

'O King, like crows (harassing) the best of birds, The robbers/bandits (dasyu) will torment others, And evil rulers will constantly oppress (the people) With heavy taxation (burden of taxes).' ।। 3-188-61 ।।

english translation

dasyu parapIDitA rAjana kAkA iva davijòttamAH kurAjabhiza ca satataM karabhAra parapIDitAH || 3-188-61 ||

'O lord of the earth, will, in those dreadful times, lose all patience and resort to improper acts, even becoming the servants of the Śūdras.' ।। 3-188-62 ।।

english translation

dhairyaM tayaktvA mahIpAla dAruNe yugasaMkSaye vikarmANi kariSyanti zUdrANAM paricArakAH || 3-188-62 ||

शूद्रा धर्मं परवक्ष्यन्ति बराह्मणाः पर्युपासकाः शरॊतारश च भविष्यन्ति परामाण्येन वयवस्थिताः ।। ३-१८८-६३ ।।

sanskrit

'And the Śūdras will expound the scriptures, while the Brāhmaṇas will serve them and listen, adopting their interpretations as the guide for their own duties.' ।। 3-188-63 ।।

zUdrA dharmaM paravakSyanti barAhmaNAH paryupAsakAH zaròtAraza ca bhaviSyanti parAmANyena vayavasthitAH || 3-188-63 ||

विपरीतश च लॊकॊ ऽयं भविष्यत्य अधरॊत्तरः एडूकान पूजयिष्यन्ति वर्जयिष्यन्ति देवताः शूद्राः परिचरिष्यन्ति न दविजान युगसंक्षये ।। ३-१८८-६४ ।।

sanskrit

'And the low will rise to power, while the natural order will be turned upside down. Renouncing the gods, men will worship bones and other relics kept within walls. And at the end of the Yuga, the Śūdras will cease to serve and wait upon the Brāhmaṇas.' ।। 3-188-64 ।।

english translation

viparItaza ca lòkò 'yaM bhaviSyatya adharòttaraH eDUkAna pUjayiSyanti varjayiSyanti devatAH zUdrAH paricariSyanti na davijAna yugasaMkSaye || 3-188-64 ||
