ततः परिपतन राजंस तस्य कुक्षौ महात्मनः हिमवन्तं च पश्यामि हेमकूटं च पर्वतम ॥ ३-१८६-१०१ ॥

'And, O king, as I wandered through the belly of that high-souled one, I beheld both the Himavat and the golden peaks of the Hemakuta mountain.' ।। 3-186-101 ।।

english translation

tataH paripatana rAjaMsa tasya kukSau mahAtmanaH himavantaM ca pazyAmi hemakUTaM ca parvatama ॥ 3-186-101 ॥

निषधं चापि पश्यामि शवेतं च रजता चितम पश्यामि च महीपाल पर्वतं गन्धमादनम ॥ ३-१८६-१०२ ॥

'And I also saw Nishadha, and the Sweta mountain, abounding in silver. And, O king, I beheld the Gandhamadana mountain there.' ।। 3-186-102 ।।

मन्दरं मनुजव्याघ्रनीलं चापि महागिरिम पश्यामि च महाराज मेरुं कनकपर्वतम ॥ ३-१८६-१०३ ॥

'O tiger among men, I also saw Mandara, the mighty Nila mountains, and, O great king, the golden peaks of Meru.' ।। 3-186-103 ।।

महेन्द्रं चैव पश्यामि विन्ध्यं च गिरिम उत्तमम मलयं चापि पश्यामि पारियात्रं च पर्वतम ॥ ३-१८६-१०४ ॥

'I also see Mahendra, and the excellent Vindhya mountain. I see the Malaya range as well, and the Parijat mountain.' ।। 3-186-104 ।।

mahendraM caiva pazyAmi vindhyaM ca girima uttamama malayaM cApi pazyAmi pAriyAtraM ca parvatama ॥ 3-186-104 ॥

'I saw these, and many other mountains that are on earth, within his stomach. All of them were adorned with jewels and gems.' ।। 3-186-105 ।।
