ततॊ मे विस्मयॊ जातस तद दृष्ट्वा तपसॊ बलम बरह्म च बराह्मणत्वं च येन तवाहम अचूचुदम ॥ ३-१७८-४२ ॥

'I was awestruck by the power of his austere virtues, which inspired my deep reverence. It is for this reason that I have sought to question you about the qualities of the Supreme Spirit and the virtues of Brahmanas.' ।। 3-178-42 ।।

english translation

tatò me vismayò jAtasa tada dRSTvA tapasò balama barahma ca barAhmaNatvaM ca yena tavAhama acUcudama ॥ 3-178-42 ॥
