स शङ्खी कवची बाणी परगृहीतशरासनः दानवालयम अत्युग्रं परयातॊ ऽसमि युयुत्सया ॥ ३-१६५-२३ ॥

'At that moment, the gods praised me, and to fulfill my task, I set out towards the formidable stronghold of the Danavas, equipped with the conch, armor, arrows, and my bow.' ॥ 3-165-23 ॥

sa zaGkhI kavacI bANI paragRhItazarAsanaH dAnavAlayama atyugraM parayAtò 'sami yuyutsayA ॥ 3-165-23 ॥
