परविश्य तां पुरीं रम्यां देवगन्धर्वसेविताम देवराजं सहस्राक्षम उपातिष्ठं कृताञ्जलिः ॥ ३-१६४-५१ ॥

sanskrit

'Then, entering that enchanting city, adored by the Gandharvas and the celestials, I stood with folded hands before the thousand-eyed lord of the gods.' ॥ 3-164-51 ॥

english translation

paravizya tAM purIM ramyAM devagandharvasevitAma devarAjaM sahasrAkSama upAtiSThaM kRtAJjaliH ॥ 3-164-51 ॥
