नयस्तशस्त्रायुधाः शरान्ताः शॊनिताक्त परिच्छदाः परकीर्णमूर्धजा राजन यक्षाधिपतिम अब्रुवन ॥ ३-१५८-१६ ॥
'And, O king, bereft of their weapons, exhausted, their armor stained with blood, and their hair disheveled, they spoke to Kubera, saying:' ॥ 3-158-16 ॥

गदापरिघनिस्त्रिंश तॊमरप्रासयॊधिनः राक्षसा निहताः सर्वे तव देवपुरःसराः ॥ ३-१५८-१७ ॥
'O Lord, all your chief Rakshasas, armed with maces, clubs, swords, lances, and barbed darts, have been slain.' ॥ 3-158-17 ॥
english translation
परमृद्य तरसा शैलं मानुषेण धनेश्वर एकेन सहिताः संख्ये हताः करॊधवशा गणाः ॥ ३-१५८-१८ ॥
'O Lord of treasures, a mortal, venturing into the mountain, has single-handedly slain all your Krodhovasa Rakshasas who were assembled together.' ॥ 3-158-18 ॥

परवरा रक्षसेन्द्राणां यक्षाणां च धनाधिप शेरते निहता देव गतसत्त्वाः परासवः ॥ ३-१५८-१९ ॥
'And, O Lord of wealth, the foremost of the Yakshas and Rakshasas lie senseless and dead, struck down, while we have been spared through his mercy.' ॥ 3-158-19 ॥

लब्धः शैलॊ वयं मुक्तामणिमांस ते सखा हतः मानुषेण कृतं कर्म विधत्स्व यद अनन्तरम ॥ ३-१५८-२० ॥
'And your friend, Maniman, has also been slain. All of this has been done by a mortal. Do what is right in response to this.' ॥ 3-158-20 ॥
