ततः परववृते युद्धं तेषां तस्य च भारत तैः परयुक्तान महाकायैः शक्तिशूलपरश्वधान भल्लैर भीमः परचिच्छेद भीमवेगतरैस ततः ।। ३-१५७-४३ ।।

sanskrit

'And when the battle began between the Rakshasas and Bhima, the mighty Pandava cut through their darts, javelins, and axes with his arrows. With his immense strength, Bhima pierced the bodies of the roaring Rakshasas—both those in the sky and those on the ground.' ।। 3-157-43 ।।

english translation

tataH paravavRte yuddhaM teSAM tasya ca bhArata taiH parayuktAna mahAkAyaiH zaktizUlaparazvadhAna bhallaira bhImaH paraciccheda bhImavegataraisa tataH || 3-157-43 ||
