मॊदयन सर्वभूतानि गन्धमादन संभभः सर्वगन्धवहस तत्र मारुतः सुसुखॊ ववौ ॥ ३-१५७-३६ ॥
'The fragrant breeze (Maruta), carrying all kinds of perfumes, blew very pleasantly there, originating from the Gandhamadana mountain, delighting all beings.' ॥ 3-157-36 ॥
english translation
mòdayana sarvabhUtAni gandhamAdana saMbhabhaH sarvagandhavahasa tatra mArutaH susukhò vavau ॥ 3-157-36 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptचित्रा विविधवर्णाभाश चित्रमञ्जलि धारिणः अचिन्त्या विविधास तत्र दरुमाः परमशॊभनाः ॥ ३-१५७-३७ ॥
'There, various beautiful and marvelous trees of diverse hues, resounding with sweet melodies, stood.' ॥ 3-157-37 ॥

'At that place, the foremost of the Bharatas beheld the palace of the Lord of the Rakshasas, scattered with heaps of gems and adorned with variegated garlands.' ॥ 3-157-38 ॥

'Renouncing all worldly concerns, the mighty-armed Bhimasena stood motionless like a rock, holding his mace, sword, and bow.' ॥ 3-157-39 ॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptततः शङ्खम उपाध्मासीद दविषतां लॊमहर्षणम जयाघॊषतलघॊषं च कृत्वा भूतान्य अमॊहयत ॥ ३-१५७-४० ॥
'Then he blew his conch, sending a chill through his adversaries, and with the twang of his bowstring and the striking of his arms, he unsettled all the creatures.' ॥ 3-157-40 ॥
