शिखरे तं समासीनम अधिपं सर्वरक्षसाम परेक्षन्ते सर्वभूतानि भानुमन्तम इवॊदितम ॥ ३-१५६-२६ ॥
'When that lord of all Rakshasas is seated upon the summit, all creatures behold him as the sun risen, casting his light upon all.' ॥ 3-156-26 ॥
english translation
देवदानव सिद्धानां तथा वैश्रवणस्य च गिरेः शिखरम उद्यानम इदं भरतसत्तम ॥ ३-१५६-२७ ॥
'O foremost of the Bharatas, this summit of the mountain is the sacred grove of the gods, demons, and perfected beings, as well as of Vaishravana (Kubera), the lord of wealth.' ॥ 3-156-27 ॥
english translation
उपासीनस्य धनदं तुम्बुरॊः पर्व संधिषु गीतसाम सवनस तात शरूयते गन्धमादने ॥ ३-१५६-२८ ॥
'And during the Parvas, as Tumburu entertains the Lord of Treasures, the sweet notes of his song echo throughout Gandhamadana.' ॥ 3-156-28 ॥

एतद एवंविधं चित्रम इह तात युधिष्ठिर परेक्षन्ते सर्वभूतानि बहुशः पर्व संधिषु ॥ ३-१५६-२९ ॥
'O Yudhishthira, during the Parvas, all creatures behold such marvelous sights and sounds here, time and again.' ॥ 3-156-29 ॥

भुञ्जानाः सर्वभॊज्यानि रसवन्ति फलानि च वसध्वं पाण्डवश्रेष्ठा यावद अर्जुन दर्शनम ॥ ३-१५६-३० ॥
'O Pandavas, stay here until you meet Arjuna, enjoying the luscious fruits and the food of the sages.' ॥ 3-156-30 ॥
