मनःशिला गुहाश चैव संध्याभ्रनिकरॊपमाः शशलॊहित वर्णाभाः कव चिद गौरिक धातवः ॥ ३-१५५-८१ ॥
'Some are like stones from the mind, others resemble caves, and some shine like twilight clouds, with hues resembling the red of a rabbit’s skin, and some are of the color of Gauri's (Parvati’s) ores.' ॥ 3-155-81 ॥

manaHzilA guhAza caiva saMdhyAbhranikaròpamAH zazalòhita varNAbhAH kava cida gaurika dhAtavaH ॥ 3-155-81 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसितासिताभ्र परतिमा बालसूर्यसमप्रभाः एते बहुविधाः शैलं शॊभयन्ति महाप्रभाः ॥ ३-१५५-८२ ॥
'These, with forms resembling white and black clouds, shining like the young sun, in various forms, adorn the great mountain with their brilliant radiance.' ॥ 3-155-82 ॥

sitAsitAbhra paratimA bAlasUryasamaprabhAH ete bahuvidhAH zailaM zòbhayanti mahAprabhAH ॥ 3-155-82 ॥

'As was stated by Vrishaparva, the Gandharvas, along with their consorts, are seen on the mountain peaks, together with the Kimpurushas.' ॥ 3-155-83 ॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptगीतानां तलतालानां यथा साम्नां च निस्वनः शरूयते बहुधा भीम सर्वभूतमनॊहरः ॥ ३-१५५-८४ ॥
'Just as the sound of musical instruments and the rhythm of songs are heard in various ways, so too is the sweet, captivating sound of Bhima heard, enchanting the hearts of all beings.' ॥ 3-155-84 ॥

'Behold the great Ganga, the sacred and auspicious river, adorned by flocks of swans, cherished by sages, and served by kinnaras and gods.' ॥ 3-155-85 ॥
