धौम्यः कृष्णा च पार्थाश च लॊमशश च महान ऋषिः अगमन सहितास तत्र न कश चिद अवहीयते ।। ३-१५५-३१ ।।

sanskrit

'Dharmya, Krishna, the sons of Pandu, and the great sage Lomasa, all traveled together, and none of them encountered any hindrance along the way.' ।। 3-155-31 ।।

english translation

dhaumyaH kRSNA ca pArthAza ca lòmazaza ca mahAna RSiH agamana sahitAsa tatra na kaza cida avahIyate || 3-155-31 ||

'It was covered with various trees and creepers, inhabited by monkeys, adorned with many lotus-filled lakes, and blessed with marshes and vast forests teeming with birds, the mighty mountain Malaya, rich in beauty and grandeur. ' ।। 3-155-33 ।।

'Roamed by Vidyadharis and Kinnaris, and inhabited by herds of elephants. It was thronged with lions and tigers, resounding with the roars of Sarabhas, and attended by various beasts.' ।। 3-155-35 ।।
