तद अद्भुतम अभिप्रेक्ष्य धर्मपुत्रॊ युधिष्ठिरः उवाच वदतां शरेष्ठः कॊ ऽसमान अभिभविष्यति ॥ ३-१५३-६ ॥
'In addition to these, other ominous signs appeared. Witnessing these strange occurrences, Yudhishthira, the son of Dharma and the foremost of speakers, said, "Who among us will prevail?"' ॥ 3-153-6 ॥
english translation
सज्जीभवत भद्रं वः पाण्डवा युद्धदुर्मदाः यथा रूपाणि पश्यामि सवभ्यग्रॊ नः पराक्रमः ॥ ३-१५३-७ ॥
'Ye Pandavas, who take delight in battle, may good fortune be yours! Prepare yourselves well, for from what I see, the time has come for the display of our prowess.' ॥ 3-153-7 ॥
english translation
एवम उक्त्वा ततॊ राजा वीक्षां चक्रे समन्ततः अपश्यमानॊ भीमं च धर्मराजॊ युधिष्ठिरः ॥ ३-१५३-८ ॥
'Having said this, the king looked around. Not finding Bhima, the vanquisher of foes, Dharma's son, Yudhishthira, turned to Krishna and the twins who stood nearby and inquired about his brother Bhima.' ॥ 3-153-8 ॥
english translation
तत्र कृष्णां यमौ चैव समीपस्थान अरिंदमः पप्रच्छ भरातरं भीमं भीमकर्माणम आहवे ॥ ३-१५३-९ ॥
'There, the mighty Arjuna, addressing Krishna and the twins who stood nearby, asked about his brother Bhima, the one whose deeds in battle were fearsome.' ॥ 3-153-9 ॥

कच चिन न भीमः पाञ्चालि किं चित कृत्यं चिकीर्षति कृतवान अपि वा वीरः साहसं साहस परियः ॥ ३-१५३-१० ॥
'O Panchali, is Bhima set on accomplishing some great feat, or has he, the one who delights in daring deeds, already achieved a brave accomplishment?' ॥ 3-153-10 ॥
