परत्युवाच ततॊ भीमः संप्रहृष्टतनूरुहः कृताञ्जलिर अदीनात्मा हनूमन्तम अवस्थितम ॥ ३-१४९-११ ॥
'Thereupon, Bhima, with a heart filled with joy, his body trembling in awe, and with folded hands, spoke to Hanuman, who stood before him.' ॥ 3-149-11 ॥

दृष्टं परमाणं विपुलं शरीरस्यास्य ते विभॊ संहरस्व महावीर्यस्वयम आत्मानम आत्मना ॥ ३-१४९-१२ ॥
'O Lord, I have witnessed the vast dimensions of your body. Now, O mighty one, reduce yourself by your own power.' ॥ 3-149-12 ॥
english translation
न हि शक्नॊमि तवां दरष्टुं दिवाकरम इवॊदितम अप्रमेयम अनाधृष्यं मैनाकम इव पर्वतम ॥ ३-१४९-१३ ॥
'Surely, I cannot look at you, O mighty one, like the risen sun—immeasurable in power, irresistible, and resembling the great mountain Mainaka.' ॥ 3-149-13 ॥

विस्मयश चैव मे वीर सुमहान मनसॊ ऽदय वै यद रामस तवयि पार्श्वस्थे सवयं रावणम अभ्यगात ॥ ३-१४९-१४ ॥
'O hero, today my heart is filled with great wonder, that you, standing by his side, should have seen Rama himself confront Ravana.' ॥ 3-149-14 ॥

तवम एव शक्तस तां लङ्कां सयॊधां सहवाहनाम सवबाहुबलम आश्रित्य विनाशयितुम ओजसा ॥ ३-१४९-१५ ॥
'Relying on the strength of your arms, you were capable of swiftly destroying Lanka, along with its warriors, horses, elephants, and chariots.' ॥ 3-149-15 ॥
