दवारं निषादराष्ट्रस्य येषां दवेषात सरॊ वती परविष्टा पृथिवीं वीर मा निषादा हि मां विदुः ॥ ३-१३०-४ ॥
'Here is the gate of the Nishada kingdom, and it is from enmity with them that the Saraswati, out of disdain, entered the earth so that the Nishadas would not behold her.' ॥ 3-130-4 ॥
