अत्रैव पुरुषव्याघ्र मरुत्तः सत्रम उत्तमम आस्ते देवर्षिमुख्येन संवर्तेनाभिपालितः ॥ ३-१२९-१६ ॥
'O tiger among men! It was here that King Marutta, sheltered by Samvartta, the leader of saints, successfully performed the most excellent sacrifices.' ॥ 3-129-16 ॥

अत्रॊपस्पृश्य राजेन्द्र सर्वाँल लॊकान परपश्यति पूयते दुष्कृताच चैव समुपस्पृश्य भारत ॥ ३-१२९-१७ ॥
'O sovereign of kings! Whoever takes a bath at this sacred spot will behold all the worlds and be purified of their sins. Therefore, O king, do thou bathe here.' ॥ 3-129-17 ॥

[व] तत्र सभ्रातृकः सनात्वा सतूयमानॊ महर्षिभिः लॊमशं पाण्डवश्रेष्ठ इदं वचनम अब्रवीत ॥ ३-१२९-१८ ॥
'Vaisampayana said, "Then, that most praiseworthy son of Pandu, accompanied by his brothers, bathed in the sacred waters, while the mighty saints showered him with laudatory words. He then spoke the following words to Lomasa."' ॥ 3-129-18 ॥

सर्वाँल लॊकान परपश्यामि तपसा सत्यविक्रम इह सथाः पाण्डवश्रेष्ठं पश्यामि शवेतवाहनम ॥ ३-१२९-१९ ॥
'O thou whose strength lies in truthfulness! By the merit of this pious act, I behold all the worlds. From this very place, I behold that most praiseworthy son of Pandu, Arjuna, riding his white steed.' ॥ 3-129-19 ॥

[ल] एवम एतन महाबाहॊ पश्यन्ति परमर्षयः सरॊ वतीम इमां पुण्यां पश्यैक शरणावृताम ॥ ३-१२९-२० ॥
'Lomasa said, "Indeed, O mighty-armed one, this is true. The highest saints behold all the realms in this manner."' ॥ 3-129-20 ॥
