[धर्म] यद्य एवम ईप्सितं राजन भुङ्क्ष्वास्य सहितः फलम तुल्यकालं सहानेन पश्चात पराप्स्यसि सद गतिम ॥ ३-१२८-१६ ॥
'Dharmaraja said, "O king, if this is your wish, then endure the fruit of that act for the same duration as he. Afterward, you shall both attain the blessed realms."' ॥ 3-128-16 ॥
english translation
[ल] स चकार तथा सर्वं राजा राजीवलॊचनः पुनश च लेभे लॊकान सवान कर्मणा निर्जिताञ शुभान सह तेनैव विप्रेण गुरुणा स गुरुप्रियः ॥ ३-१२८-१७ ॥
'Lomasa said, "The lotus-eyed king followed the prescribed actions exactly as instructed. Once his sins were atoned for, he was liberated, along with the priest. O king, devoted as he was to the priest, he attained all the blessings earned through his virtuous deeds and shared them with his family priest."' ॥ 3-128-17 ॥

एष तस्याश्रमः पुण्यॊ य एषॊ ऽगरे विराजते कषान्त उष्यात्र सॊ रात्रं पराप्नॊति सुगतिं नरः ॥ ३-१२८-१८ ॥
'This is his hermitage, which appears so enchanting before our eyes. Anyone who spends six nights here, controlling their passions, will attain the blessed realms.' ॥ 3-128-18 ॥

एतस्मिन्न अपि राजेन्द्र वत्स्यामॊ विगतज्वराः सॊ रात्रं नियतात्मानः सज्जीभव कुरूद्वह ॥ ३-१२८-१९ ॥
'O king of kings, O leader of the Kurus, we must spend six nights here, free from agitation and with self-control. Be ready for this, O king!' ॥ 3-128-19 ॥
