अल्पावशेषा पृथिवी चैत्यैर आसीन महात्मनः गयस्य यजमानस्य तत्र तत्र विशां पते ॥ ३-१२१-१२ ॥

'O protector of humanity! When the noble Gaya conducted his sacrificial rites, he raised so many sacrificial altars in various locations that scarcely any space was left upon the earth's surface.' ॥ 3-121-12 ॥

alpAvazeSA pRthivI caityaira AsIna mahAtmanaH gayasya yajamAnasya tatra tatra vizAM pate ॥ 3-121-12 ॥
