ते चापि सर्वान परतिपूज्य पार्थांस; तैः सत्कृताः पाण्डुसुतैस तथैव युधिष्ठिरं संपरिवार्य राजन्न; उपाविशन देवगणा यथेन्द्रम ॥ ३-११८-२१ ॥
'They took their seats around Yudhishthira, just as the celestial hosts gather around Indra, O king.' ॥ 3-118-21 ॥
english translation
te cApi sarvAna paratipUjya pArthAMsa; taiH satkRtAH pANDusutaisa tathaiva yudhiSThiraM saMparivArya rAjanna; upAvizana devagaNA yathendrama ॥ 3-118-21 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतेषां स सर्वं चरितं परेषां; वने च वासं परमप्रतीतः अस्त्रार्थम इन्द्रस्य गतं च पार्थं; कृष्णे शशंसामर राजपुत्रम ॥ ३-११८-२२ ॥
'Filled with joy, he shared with them all the plots of his adversaries, recounted his time spent in the forest, and explained how Arjuna had ascended to Indra's abode to learn the science of arms—all of this he related with a joyful heart.' ॥ 3-118-22 ॥
english translation
teSAM sa sarvaM caritaM pareSAM; vane ca vAsaM paramapratItaH astrArthama indrasya gataM ca pArthaM; kRSNe zazaMsAmara rAjaputrama ॥ 3-118-22 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशरुत्वा तु ते तस्य वचः परतीतास; तांश चापि दृष्ट्वा सुकृशान अतीव नेत्रॊद्भवं संमुमुचुर दशार्हा; दुःखार्ति जं वारि महानुभावाः ॥ ३-११८-२३ ॥
'They were pleased to hear all this news from him; however, upon seeing the Pandavas so extraordinarily emaciated, the noble and magnanimous Vrishnis could not help but shed tears, which flowed from their eyes in response to the deep sorrow they felt.' ॥ 3-118-23 ॥

zarutvA tu te tasya vacaH paratItAsa; tAMza cApi dRSTvA sukRzAna atIva netròdbhavaM saMmumucura dazArhA; duHkhArti jaM vAri mahAnubhAvAH ॥ 3-118-23 ॥
