[व] ततॊ वैतरणीं सर्वे पाण्डवा दरौपदी तथा अवतीर्य महाभागा तर्पयां चक्रिरे पितॄन ॥ ३-११४-१३ ॥
'Vaisampayana said, 'Then all the sons of Pandu, along with the daughter of Drupada—who were all favored by Fate—descended into the river Vaitarani and offered libations in honor of their fathers.'' ॥ 3-114-13 ॥
