मेढी भूतः सवयं राजन निग्रहे रपग्रहे भवान किमर्थम अनयं घॊरम उत्पतन्तम उपेक्षसे ॥ ३-११-१६ ॥

'You are, O king, the anchor that holds everything together, and you have the power to both punish and reward. Why, then, do you ignore this great evil that is about to befall everyone?' ॥ 3-11-16 ॥

meDhI bhUtaH savayaM rAjana nigrahe rapagrahe bhavAna kimarthama anayaM ghòrama utpatantama upekSase ॥ 3-11-16 ॥
