[लॊमष] एतच छरुत्वान्तरिक्षाच च स राजा राजसत्तम यथॊक्तं तच चकाराथ शरद्दधद भरतर्षभ ॥ ३-१०५-१ ॥
'Lomasa said, 'O virtuous king! Upon hearing those words from the sky, he placed his faith in them and faithfully carried out all that he was instructed to do, O esteemed chief of the Bharata lineage!'' ॥ 3-105-1 ॥
english translation
[lòmaSa] etaca charutvAntarikSAca ca sa rAjA rAjasattama yathòktaM taca cakArAtha zaraddadhada bharatarSabha ॥ 3-105-1 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptषष्टिः पुत्रसहस्राणि तस्याप्रतिम तेजसः रुद्र परसादाद राजर्षेः समजायन्त पार्थिव ॥ ३-१०५-२ ॥
'The ruler of men took each seed separately and placed them in vessels filled with clarified butter.' ॥ 3-105-2 ॥
english translation
SaSTiH putrasahasrANi tasyApratima tejasaH rudra parasAdAda rAjarSeH samajAyanta pArthiva ॥ 3-105-2 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptते घॊराः करूरकर्माण आकाशपरिषर्पिणः बहुत्वाच चावजानन्तः सर्वाँल लॊकान सहामरान ॥ ३-१०५-३ ॥
'Those terrible ones with cruel deeds, roaming through the sky, Due to their large numbers, they disregard/disrespect all the worlds including the gods.' ॥ 3-105-3 ॥

te ghòrAH karUrakarmANa AkAzapariSarpiNaH bahutvAca cAvajAnantaH sarvA~la lòkAna sahAmarAna ॥ 3-105-3 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतरिदशांश चाप्य अबाधन्त तथा गन्धर्वराक्षसान सर्वाणि चैव भूतानि शूराः समरशालिनः ॥ ३-१०५-४ ॥
'They would pursue even the gods, Gandharvas, Rakshasas, and all living beings, for they were valiant and inclined towards battle.' ॥ 3-105-4 ॥

taridazAMza cApya abAdhanta tathA gandharvarAkSasAna sarvANi caiva bhUtAni zUrAH samarazAlinaH ॥ 3-105-4 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवध्यमानास ततॊ लॊकाः सागरैर मन्दबुद्धिभिः बरह्माणं शरणं जग्मुः सहिताः सर्वदैवतैः ॥ ३-१०५-५ ॥
'Then all the people, troubled by the dull-witted sons of Sagara, united with the gods and sought refuge in Brahma.' ॥ 3-105-5 ॥

vadhyamAnAsa tatò lòkAH sAgaraira mandabuddhibhiH barahmANaM zaraNaM jagmuH sahitAH sarvadaivataiH ॥ 3-105-5 ॥
