अग्निभ्यामिव दीप्ताभ्यां सत्रे कुशमयश्चयः । तयोः कृतव्रणौ देहौ शुशुभाते महात्मनोः ॥ ६-८९-३६

इन्द्रजिल्लक्ष्मणश्चैव परस्परवधैषिणौ । लक्ष्मणो रावणिं युद्धे रावणिश्चापि लक्ष्मणम् ॥ ६-८९-३८

- Indrajit and Lakshmana who were wishing to kill each other. In the combat, Lakshmana was striking Indrajit and Indrajit too was striking Lakshmana. ॥ 6-89-38॥
