Ramayana
अर्दयामास सम्क्रुद्धः कालाग्निरिव मूर्चितः । स शरैः सूर्यसम्काशैः सुमुखैः शीग्रगामिभिः ॥ ६-७३-५०
- with many arrows. He was highly enraged like the fire at the time of universal destruction. He, with his swift moving arrows, bright like the Sun , stretching to the ear . - ॥ 6-50-73॥
english translation
ardayAmAsa samkruddhaH kAlAgniriva mUrcitaH । sa zaraiH sUryasamkAzaiH sumukhaiH zIgragAmibhiH ॥ 6-73-50
