कश्चिन्मेत्वत्समोनास्तिसौहृदेनबलेन च । गच्छशत्रुवधायत्वंकुम्भकर्णजयाय च ॥ ६-६५-११
"O Kumbhakarna! There is none who is equal to you in might and friendliness at heart towards me. You go and be victorious by killing the enemies." [6-65-11]
english translation
तस्मात्तुशत्रुनाशार्थंभवान्सम्बोधितोमया । अयंहिकालस्सुहृदांराक्षसानामरिन्दम ॥ ६-६५-१२
"You are difficult to encounter. You have awakened for the sake of putting an end to the enemy. It is a momentous period for the Rakshasas, O tamer of enemies." [6-65-12]
english translation
तद्गच्छशूलमादायपाशहस्तइवान्तकः । वानरान्राजपुत्रौ च भक्ष्यादित्यतेजसा ॥ ६-६५-१३
"Therefore, taking up trident holding the noose in hand like the God of Death proceed to devour the monkeys as well as the two princes shining like the Sun."[6-65-13]
english translation
समालोक्यतुतेरूपंविद्रविष्यन्तिवानराः । रामलक्ष्मणयोश्चापिहृदयेप्रस्फुटिष्यतः ॥ ६-६५-१४
"Seeing your form, the Vanaras will run away, Rama and Lakshmana's heart will break." [6-65-13]
english translation
एवमुक्त्वामहातेजाःकुम्भकर्णंमहाबलम् । पुनर्जातमिवात्मानंमेनेराक्षसपुङ्गवः ॥ ६-६५-१५
The highly energetic king of Rakshasas having spoken like that to mighty Kumbhakarna, felt as if he had taken birth again. [6-65-15]
