अनभिज्ञायशास्त्रार्थान् पुरुषाःपशुबुद्धयः | प्रागल्भ्याद्वक्तुमिच्छन्तिमन्त्रेष्वभ्यन्तरीकृताः || ६-६३-१४

"People whose intelligence level is no better than animals, who have been included to express their views, who do not know the meaning of shastras express their views out of impudence." [6-63-14]

anabhijJAyazAstrArthAn puruSAHpazubuddhayaH | prAgalbhyAdvaktumicchantimantreSvabhyantarIkRtAH || 6-63-14
