हितानुबन्धमालोच्यकार्यात्कार्यमिहात्मनः । राजासहार्थतत्त्वज्ञैस्सचिवैर्बुस्सहिजीवति ॥ ६-६३-१३

"A sovereign has to do an act here, looking into his welfare as a consequence along with his counsellors who make their subsistence by their intelligence and who understand the true state of the things." ॥ 6-63-13॥

english translation

hitAnubandhamAlocyakAryAtkAryamihAtmanaH । rAjAsahArthatattvajJaissacivairbussahijIvati ॥ 6-63-13
