अकम्पनस्तुशैलाभंहनूमन्तमवस्थितम् । महेन्द्रइवदाराभिश्शरैरभिववर्षह ॥ ६-५६-११
Akampana, like Mahendra the Lord of celestials, assailed a hail of arrows on Hanuman, who remained as firm as a rock. [6-56-11]
english translation
अचिन्तयित्वाबाणौघान् शरीरेपतितान्शितान् । अकम्पनवधार्थायमनोदध्रेमहाबलः ॥ ६-५६-१२
Mighty Hanuman unmindful of the volley of arrows pierced in his body thought in his mind only about the destruction of Akampana. [6-56-12]
english translation
सप्रहस्यमहातेजाहनुमान् मारुतात्मजः । अभिदुद्रावतद्रक्षःकम्पयन्निवमेदिनीम् ॥ ६-५६-१३
Hanuman, the highly energetic son of Maruthi laughing, sprung up causing the earth to shake and rushed to that Rakshasa. [6-56-13]
english translation
तस्याभिनर्दमानस्यदीप्यमानस्यतेजसा । बभूवरूपंदुर्धर्षंदीप्तस्येवविभावसोः ॥ ६-५६-१४
As he (Hanuman) roared, his brilliance was blazing, his form was burning and became formidable for others to be at him. [6-56-14]
english translation
आत्मानंमप्रहरणंज्ञात्वाक्रोधसमन्वितः । शैलमुत्पाटयामासवेगेनहरिपुङ्गवः ॥ ६-५६-१५
Vanara leader (Hanuman) himself knowing that he is without any weapon, full of anger took up a mountain quickly. [6-56-15]
