कामरूपीहरिश्रेष्टोबलरूपसमन्वितः । अनिवार्यगतिश्चैवयथासततगःप्रभुः ॥ ६-२८-११
"He is a jewel among Vanaras. He can change his form at his will. He is endowed with physical strength and charm. Being existent everywhere like windgod his cause cannot be prevented like that of wind god. ॥ 6-28-11॥

"While yet a child, seeing the sun rise, he desired to eat it and took off to a distance of three thousand yojanas reflecting: . - ॥ 6-28-12॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptआदित्यमाहरिष्यामिनमेक्षुत्प्रतियास्यति । इतिसञ्चिन्त्यमनसापुरैषबलदर्पितः ॥ ६-२८-१३
- 'I shall seize hold of the sun and my hunger will not be appeased otherwise' and they say, he leapt up (into the air) intoxicated as he was with his own strength. ॥ 6-28-13॥

"By falling on the mountain one of the jaws of the monkey got broken. This is the reason that he is known as Hanuman. ॥ 6-28-15॥
