ज्याशब्दतुमुलांघोरामार्तभीतमहास्वनाम् । नाराचतलसन्नादांतांममाहितवाहिनीम् । अवगाह्यमहारङ्गंवादयिष्याम्यहंरणे ॥ ६-२४-४४

- the bow string producing a tumultuous sound, the huge cries of the wounded its terrible accompaniment, the darts sounding its innumerable notes, when I enter a vast stage in the form of my enemy ranks in that battle. ॥ 6-24-44॥
