गतिंखरइवाश्वस्यहंसस्येव च वायसः । नान्वेतुमुत्सहेराम तवमार्गमरिन्दम ॥ ६-१३१-५

sanskrit

"O Rama, O tormentor of enemies! I am not able to follow your path, any more than a donkey would follow the gallop of a horse or a crow would take up the chase of a wild goose." ॥ 6-131-5॥

english translation

gatiMkharaivAzvasyahaMsasyeva ca vAyasaH । nAnvetumutsaherAma tavamArgamarindama ॥ 6-131-5
