इतितेमन्त्रिणस्सर्वेसन्दिश्य च पुरोहितम् । नगरान्निर्ययुस्तूर्णंरामदर्शनबुद्धयः ॥ ६-१३१-२६
Having issued these orders, the ministers as also the spiritual Preceptor set forth from the city in haste, in order to behold Rama. [6-131-26]
english translation
हरियुक्तंसहस्राक्षोरथमिन्द्रइवानघः । प्रययौरथमास्थायरामोनगरमुत्तमम् ॥ ६-१३१-२७
Like the thousand eyed Indra seated in the excellent chariot yoked to green horses, the sinless Rama departed to the city. [6-131-27]

जग्राहभरतोरमशीन्शत्रुघ्नश्चत्रमाददे । लक्ष्मणोव्यजनंतस्यमूर्ध्निसम्पर्यवीजयत् ॥ ६-१३१-२८
Bharata held the reins, Shatrughna took hold of the parasol, Lakshmana standing in front held the fan - [6-131-28]

श्वेतं च वालव्यजनंजगृहेपरितस्स्थितः । अपरंचन्द्रसङ्काशंराक्षसेन्द्रोविभीषणः ॥ ६-१३१-२९
- and the Rakshasa king Vibheeshana standing nearby, held a white whisk which was like a moon for driving the air. [6-131-29]
english translation
ऋषिसङ्घैस्तदाकाशेदेवैश्चसमरुद्गणैः । स्तूयमास्यरामस्यशुश्रुवमधुरध्वनिः ॥ ६-१३१-३०
Then, in the sky, groups of sages, celestials along with troop of the Maruts, the host of the gods, praised Rama and sweet reverberation was heard. [6-131-30]
