मानुषंरूपमास्थायविष्णुस्सत्यपराक्रमः । सर्वैःपरिवृतोदेवैर्वानरत्वमुपागतैः ॥ ६-११४-१६
- truly mighty, the lord Vishnu, assuming a human form surrounded by all the gods in the form of monkeys - ॥ 6-114-16॥

- the lord of all the worlds, the prosperous one having a great splendour with a wish to benefit the worlds, has slain you with your kinsmen and Rakshasas (who attended on you). ॥ 6-114-17॥

"In the past by winning your senses you gained the three worlds. Now it seems as though the senses have recollected and taken their grudge. You have lost control over your senses, thereby you are killed by your enemy." ॥ 6-114-18॥
