समेत्य बहुशॊ देवाः सेन्द्राः स वरुणाः पुरा विशाख यूपे ऽतप्यन्त तस्मात पुण्यतमः स वै ॥ ३-८८-१२ ॥
'There also lies Visakhayupa, where, in ancient times, the gods, along with Varuna and Indra, practiced ascetic austerities.' ॥ 3-88-12 ॥
