बह्वाश्चर्यं महाराज दृश्यते तत्र पर्वते पुण्ये सवर्गॊपमे दिव्ये नित्यं देवर्षिसेविते ।। ३-८७-६ ।।

'Numerous wonders can be found on that sacred mountain, which resembles heaven itself and is visited by celestial Rishis, O mighty monarch.' ।। 3-87-6 ।।

'There, O subjugator of hostile cities, flows the sacred river Viswamitra, named after the royal sage, which is abundant, O king, in numerous sacred tirthas.' ।। 3-87-7 ।।

'It was on the banks of this river that Yayati, the son of Nahusha, descended among the virtuous and regained the eternal realms of the righteous.' ।। 3-87-8 ।।

'And here, too, is the sacred asylum of Kakshasena, along with the renowned hermitage of Chyavana, O Yudhishthira, famous throughout every land, O son of Pandu! In this place, O exalted one, individuals achieve success in their ascetic practices without the need for severe austerities.' ।। 3-87-10 ।।

AzramaH kakSasenasya puNyasa tatra yudhiSThira cayavanasyAzramaza caiva khayAtaH sarvatra pANDava tatrAlpenaiva sidhyanti mAnavAsa tapasA vibhò || 3-87-10 ||
