जम्बू मार्गॊ महाराज ऋषीणां भावितात्मनाम आश्रमः शाम्यतां शरेष्ठ मृगद्विजगणायुतः ॥ ३-८७-११ ॥
'Here, too, O mighty king, lies the region known as Jamvumarga, a retreat for ascetics with disciplined souls, inhabited by birds and deer. O foremost among those who have mastered their senses!' ॥ 3-87-11 ॥
english translation
ततः पुण्यतमा राजन सततं तापसायुता केतुमाला च मेध्या च गङ्गारण्यं च भूमिप ॥ ३-८७-१२ ॥
'Next are the exceedingly sacred regions of Ketumala and Medhya, constantly graced by ascetics. O lord of the earth!' ॥ 3-87-12 ॥

खयातं च सैन्धवारण्यं पुण्यं दविजनिषेवितम पिता मह सरः पुण्यं पुष्करं नाम भारत वैखानसानां सिद्धानाम ऋषीणाम आश्रमः परियः ॥ ३-८७-१३ ॥
'There is also Gangadwara and the renowned woods of Saindhava, which are sacred and inhabited by the regenerate ones. There, too, is the renowned tank of the Grandsire, known as Pushkara, the cherished abode of the Vaikanasas, Siddhas, and Rishis.' ॥ 3-87-13 ॥

अप्य अत्र संस्तवार्थाय परजापतिर अथॊ जगौ पुष्करेषु कुरुश्रेष्ठ गाथां सुकृतिनां वर ॥ ३-८७-१४ ॥
'Moved by the desire for its protection, the Creator sang this verse at Pushkara, O chief of the Kurus and foremost among the virtuous!' ॥ 3-87-14 ॥
english translation
मनसाप्य अभिकामस्य पुष्कराणि मनस्विनः पापाणि विप्रणश्यन्ति नाकपृष्ठे च मॊदते ॥ ३-८७-१५ ॥
'If a person of pure soul envisions a pilgrimage to Pushkara, even in imagination, they become cleansed of all their sins and rejoice in heaven!' ॥ 3-87-15 ॥
