अत्र मासं वसेद वीर सरस्वत्यां युधिष्ठिर यत्र बरह्मादयॊ देव ऋषयः सिद्धचारणाः ।। ३-८१-३ ।।

sanskrit

'The very dust of Kurukshetra, carried by the wind, leads even a sinful man to a blessed path in the afterlife. Those who dwell in Kurukshetra, which lies between the Sarasvati to the south and the Drishadwati to the north, are said to live as if in heaven. O hero, one should reside there for a month, O foremost of warriors. There, O lord of the earth, the gods, led by Brahma, along with the Rishis, Siddhas, and Charanas, also dwell.' ।। 3-81-3 ।।

english translation

atra mAsaM vaseda vIra sarasvatyAM yudhiSThira yatra barahmAdayò deva RSayaH siddhacAraNAH || 3-81-3 ||
