यच च रॊषाभिभूतेन कषत्रम उत्सादितं मया ततश च पापान मुच्येयं युष्माकं तेजसा हय अहम हरदाश च तीर्थभूता मे भवेयुर भुवि विश्रुताः ॥ ३-८१-२७ ॥
'Let me, through your power, be freed from the sin I incurred by exterminating the Kshatriya race in my wrath. May my lakes also become tirthas renowned throughout the world.' ॥ 3-81-27 ॥
