ततस तव औशनसं गच्छेत तरिषु लॊकेषु विश्रुतम यत्र बरह्मादयॊ देवा ऋषयश च तपॊधनाः ॥ ३-८१-११६ ॥
'After visiting Saraswata, one should proceed to the renowned tirtha of Ausanasa, celebrated throughout the three worlds. There, O Bharata, the gods led by Brahma and the Rishis endowed with great ascetic power reside.' ॥ 3-81-116 ॥
english translation
कार्तिकेयश च भगवांस तरिसंध्यं किल भारत सांनिध्यम अकरॊत तत्र भार्गव परियकाम्यया ॥ ३-८१-११७ ॥
'The illustrious Kartikeya was ever present during the two twilights and midday, driven by the desire to benefit Bhargava.' ॥ 3-81-117 ॥
english translation
कपालमॊचनं तीर्थं सर्वपापप्रमॊचनम तत्र सनात्वा नरव्याघ्र सर्वपापैः परमुच्यते ॥ ३-८१-११८ ॥
'In that tirtha lies another sacred spot known as Kapalamochana, which purifies one from all sins. O tiger among men, bathing there, one is completely cleansed of every transgression.' ॥ 3-81-118 ॥
english translation
अग्नितीर्थं ततॊ गच्छेत तत्र सनात्वा नरर्षभ अग्निलॊकम अवाप्नॊति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत ॥ ३-८१-११९ ॥
'Next, one should proceed to the tirtha known as Agni. O best of men, by bathing there, one attains the realms of Agni and elevates one's lineage.' ॥ 3-81-119 ॥
english translation
विश्वा मित्रस्य तत्रैव तीर्थं भरतसत्तम तत्र सनात्वा महाराज बराह्मण्यम अभिजायते ॥ ३-८१-१२० ॥
'There in that tirtha, O chief of the Bharatas, lies another that belongs to Vishvamitra. Bathing there, O foremost among men, one attains the esteemed status of a Brahmana.' ॥ 3-81-120 ॥
