उष्य दवादश वर्षाणि पुष्करे नियतः शुचिः करतून सर्वान अवाप्नॊति बरह्मलॊकं च गच्छति ॥ ३-८०-५६ ॥
'A person who resides in Pushkara with purity and regulated vows for twelve years attains the merit of all sacrifices and ultimately reaches the abode of Brahma.' ॥ 3-80-56 ॥
