तेषां तुष्टॊ महादेव ऋषीणाम उग्रतेजसाम भक्त्या परमया राजन वरं तेषां परदिष्टवान अद्य परभृति युष्माकं धर्मवृद्धिर भविष्यति ॥ ३-८०-१२८ ॥
'Satisfied by the profound devotion of those ascetics, Mahadeva granted them a boon, declaring, “From this day forth, your righteousness shall flourish.”' ॥ 3-80-128 ॥
