सनात्वा च चमसॊद्भेदे अग्निष्टॊम फलं लभेत शिवॊद्भेदे नरः सनात्वा गॊसहस्रफलं लभेत ॥ ३-८०-११९ ॥

sanskrit

'By bathing at Chamasa, one acquires the merit of the Agnishtoma sacrifice; and by bathing at Shivodbheda, one obtains the merit of donating a thousand kine.' ॥ 3-80-119 ॥

english translation

sanAtvA ca camasòdbhede agniSTòma phalaM labheta zivòdbhede naraH sanAtvA gòsahasraphalaM labheta ॥ 3-80-119 ॥
