अग्नौ पाणिगृहीतां च हंसानां वचने सथिताम भरिष्यामीति सत्यं च परतिश्रुत्य कव तद गतम ॥ ३-७४-१३ ॥

sanskrit

'Where has it gone - the truth of the promise 'I will support you' - made to the one whose hand was taken in the sacred fire, who stood firm by the words of the swans?' ॥ 3-74-13 ॥

english translation

agnau pANigRhItAM ca haMsAnAM vacane sathitAma bhariSyAmIti satyaM ca paratizrutya kava tada gatama ॥ 3-74-13 ॥
