यत स पुष्पाण्य उपादाय हस्ताभ्यां ममृदे शनैः मृद्यमानानि पाणिभ्यां तेन पुष्पाणि तान्य अथ ।। ३-७३-१६ ।।

sanskrit

'He took up some flowers and began to press them gently with his hands. Yet, instead of losing their original forms, the flowers became even more vibrant and fragrant.' ।। 3-73-16 ।।

english translation

yata sa puSpANya upAdAya hastAbhyAM mamRde zanaiH mRdyamAnAni pANibhyAM tena puSpANi tAnya atha || 3-73-16 ||
