ततश चेदिपुरीं रम्यां सुदेवॊ नाम वै दविजः विचिन्वानॊ ऽथ वैदर्भीम अपश्यद राजवेश्मनि पुण्याहवाचने राज्ञः सुनन्दा सहितां सथिताम ॥ ३-६५-६ ॥
'However, they did not find Nala or his wife anywhere. At last, while searching in the splendid city of the Chedis, a Brahmana named Sudeva, during the time of the king's prayers, beheld the princess of Vidarbha in the royal palace, seated alongside Sunanda.' ॥ 3-65-6 ॥
